Terms and Conditions

Change of mind policy – must be within 30 days of order.

Goods must be unused and unopened, any goods returned from change of mind policy or incorrectly ordered goods incur a 10% restocking fee.

Exchange Policy

We are more than happy to exchange any goods over as long as are unused and unopened and are less then 6 months old.

All goods to be returned with a tracking number.

Faulty Items

If the item is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, store credit. We reserve the right to reject any repairs or replacements.

Store credit is provided if the following has incurred – misuse or neglect, normal wear and tear, damage occurring during your handling and transportation of goods.

We do not offer credits or refunds for returns where the goods are over 12 months old.

Currency

All transactions on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.
